Horrible! I will say that have ordered from this brand in the past. I loved and respected the ownership and products. In fact I’ve posted about them on social sending several customers there way. This is why this holiday I quickly placed an order for this cute sweatshirt. This time however my package (the shipping envelope they pack) arrived empty. Knowing this had to be a mistake I reached out to customer service only to be told that the company holds no responsibility for what happens during delivery or after delivery and I should contact the police! I sent photos showing the empty package. They proceeded to ignore all of my follow up communication and refused to resend a replacement or refund. They flat out just ignored me. It’s a shame how brands have changed over the years. No longer recommend. Shame on this company. My disappointment is tremendous.
